Hurtta Half Choke Collar

Description

The half-choke collar is intended for obedient adult dogs. It’s easy and quick to put on with a leash attached, and doesn’t require fiddling with a buckle or clip. The half-choke collar should be just the right size for the dog.
The right-sized collar fits over the dog’s head, but is firmly placed around the dog’s neck when pulling on the leash.
The indicated collar size, or maximum of the size range, is how far the collar can extend, so the dog’s head cannot be bigger than that.
Half-choke collars are preferred by some owners of heavy coated dogs because this collar does not mark the neck coat as much as a standard collar. Agility dog owners can easily take off the collar and leash when ready to run a course.
This collar is similar to the Casual half-choke collar but with a different style.
